In Utah, cannabis is regulated by the Center for Medical Cannabis. Only medical cannabis is allowed.
Utah currently uses the Akerna state traceability system. Actions must be manually logged, or as there is not a public API.

Patients are allowed to possess the lesser of:
Utah uses an external patient portal, Utah ID, for validating a patient’s current allotment.
No specific cannabis tax, and medical cannabis is exempt from the state sales tax.
Delivery may be conducted for patients and caregivers.
Delivery operations in Utah are only allowed to carry inventory for their current deliveries.
Retailers may only deliver to a patient’s registered physical address.
Electronic menus are only allowed on the retailer’s site listed in their pharmacy registration.
