How to activate your Planet Payment integration and add devices:
Log into your LeafLogix backoffice.
In left rail, click Settings to open up the dropdown menu.
Click Integrations.
Click on Planet Payments.
Click the Settings tab.
Switch enabled to yes.
Update the Base URL noted which can be found below.
Click the small + icon in the top right corner of the screen to reveal the Edit Device popup modal.
Turn on your Ingenico Terminal (if you haven’t already) and on the front screen you will see the Terminal ID (I-TID) and Location ID that you can input in those open fields.
Enter a custom Device Name of your choosing, the Terminal ID (I-TID) and Location ID which is located on the Ingenico Terminal.
Repeat steps 9-11 until you have added all the terminals.
How to connect a device with a register:
Log into the LeafLogix backoffice if this is your first step, or if coming from the previous scenario, refresh your browser to reload your Planet Payment devices.
In the left rail, click Settings to open up dropdown menu.
Click Devices from the dropdown.
On the Registers tab, select the register you’d like to pair.
Scroll down to the Planet Payments Terminal field and, from the dropdown, select the device you want to link to this register. Be sure to verify that one register is linked to one device.
Click Update to save the pairing.
That’s it! You’re ready to start processing cannabis payments.
