Here’s a look back at last quarter, and a look ahead, at how we’re building for our users.
We’re already one month into the year and the team is focused on more ways to drive revenue, increase operational efficiency and provide quality products and features to our customers. If you’re not yet a customer, we hope this preview shows you how our team brings our passion for our users into the products and features we build.
Though 2023 already seems like a distant memory, there were some time-saving features delivered in the last months of the year, so we’re recapping here:
What did we build:
Tax preview and out-the-door pricing:
With the new Med Taxed and Rec Taxed Price fields, customers can now set their prices using their desired out-the-door price including taxes, and the item base price will automatically update to reflect that.
Additionally, users now can get a contextual breakdown of included taxes by hovering over the tooltip.
Now, over 700 locations are using this feature, providing more visibility for all - a win/win for everyone.
One-click third-party discount redemption in the cart:
The option to apply a 3rd Party Loyalty has been moved to the cart level (vs item level)
This not only speeds up applying 3rd-party loyalty discounts but expands the type of discounts customers can configure (new thresholds and methods)
With almost 2 million orders using loyalty discounts over a 30-day period, the efficiency is easy to see.
Inventory usability improvement:
Inventory management is a key function in dispensary life, so we took your feedback to help make things easier.
✅ Table column configuration
✅ View catalog item button > eliminating six steps! So far, this feature has been used more than 40k times!
✅ View in Journal button on Package History
Contextual help in Backoffice:
Help is now more accessible with direct links to the relevant area in the Help Center to empower our customers to find what they need, when they need it
We also added and clarified a number of tooltips to the back office to help reduce questions in key areas or fields
Automated weigh heavy for deli-style:
During checkout, employees can input the weight to charge the customer and have the total amount update automatically, based on the configured pricing tiers - saving time and providing better service for their customers.

Discount creation wizard to make the process fast, simple and intuitive
