What's new with Dutchie Pay?

Spring is in the air and our product team has been working hard on a host of new features for Dutchie Pay, just in time for 420!

We are excited to share all the new Dutchie Pay product updates to help meet your business goals, while creating a better user experience for your consumer.

Dutchie Pay is now available on Dutchie Hub

Dutchie Pay is now available on Dutchie Hub for in-store transactions. Dutchie Hub displays a dynamic Dutchie Pay QR code for shoppers, eliminating the additional steps of account linking verification that currently occur at checkout with static QR codes.Β

FasterΒ deposits

We are excited to announce a faster settlement process that will improve the experience for our retailers utilizing Dutchie Pay. Dutchie Pay customers will now receive deposits into their bank account as soon as the following business day for the entire previous day’s sales.

‍

Customers will no longer need to reconcile against a 6pm ET cutoff time and can instead reconcile against all sales processed from midnight to midnight local time. Faster settlements result in faster deposits, which can help you maintain smooth business operations and mitigate potential financial hardships.

Improved Error MessagesΒ 

We have updated error messaging for Dutchie Pay to make it easier for both budtenders and consumers to understand why transactions are declined. This will include messaging around insufficient funds, transaction and spending limits, and blocked accounts.

‍Soon: Dutchie Pay will be available on Kiosks

Dutchie Pay will soon be available as a payment option on in-store Kiosks at dispensaries to help expedite the checkout process.

Access account settings with ease

We are updating the Dutchie Pay account settings to allow consumers to quickly gain access to their account information and make changes to their attached bank accounts.Β
