In Florida, cannabis is regulated by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). Only medical cannabis is allowed.Β 

Tracking and Inventory

Florida uses Biotrack for their state seed-to-sale tracking system. MMUR is used for patient allotments; however, this data is passed through Biotrack.

  • Purchase limits are by prescription - 45 day supply maximum.
  • Maximum Possession Limit is 4 Oz.

No cannabis specific taxes.

Delivery

Delivery may only be conducted for patients and caregivers.Β  There is no delivery ruleset specifically, but it is permitted by statute.
