Dutchie Pay by Bank Sign-up Bonus Terms

Consumers who either (a) have an existing DutchiePay account but have not conducted a transaction using DutchiePay; or (b) who do not have an existing DutchiePay account and sign up for a DutchiePay account, and in either case who conduct a successful initial transaction at a participating dispensary’s (a “Participating Dispensary'') online menu during the promotional period (a “New DutchiePay Customer”) will be eligible to receive a one-time discount on their initial DutchiePay purchase in the maximum amount of $5.00, which will apply to the order subtotal only, and not to fees, taxes or tips (the “Incentive”), which will be reflected at the point of transaction. This promotion does not apply to existing DutchiePay account holders that have conducted transactions prior to the promotional period, or transactions conducted at dispensaries that are not a Participating Dispensary. The Incentive may only be applied once per New DutchiePay Customer and cannot be redeemed to cash or applied to any other fees. Dutchie reserves the right to determine eligibility for the Incentive.
