‍Dutchie Ecommerce Package Pricing

• $299/mo/loc - Sponsor Supported + Revenue Share⁽¹⁾⁽²⁾
• $599/mo/loc - No Sponsored Placements

1. Rev Share

1. As a Sponsor Supported participant you automatically receive a $300 revenue share in the form of subsidized eCommerce ($299 vs. the "No Sponsored Placements" price of $599).
   ‍
2. For retailers that drive Revenue Share over $300/mo/loc, retailers will participate in additional revenue share in the form of $/Sponsored Placement Click.
   
   • Additional revenue share earnings will be paid out on an Account level on a calendar quarter basis.‍‍

2. Revenue Share Notes

1. Over time, Dutchie will continue to develop its Sponsor Supported package to increase the level of Sponsored inventory, in participation with Retailers, to ensure there is a balance of Sponsored Products and a modern Ecommerce shopping experience for consumers.

2. If there are Brands that you would like to see sponsoring products on your menu, please reach out! Dutchie welcomes Retailers to encourage participation from their Brand partners and we are happy to make sure that Brands you care about are participating in the program.
