Minnesota’s House and Minnesota’s Senate have agreed to a bill that will be sent to the Governor’s desk for signature - making Minnesota #23 in the country to legalize adult-use cannabis.

Rhode Island gets cannabis regulators

According to Marijuana Moment, after a delay, the cannabis regulatory board members have been named in Rhode Island.

Colorado cannabis sales to pre-pandemic levels

Sales numbers are down to pre-pandemic levels in Colorado - and according to state data, prices are lower than ever.

Workers testing positive for cannabis reaches 25 year high

Quest Diagnostics, the folks that do workplace, post-accident drug testing, announced findings this week that said their cannabis positivity rate in these tests reached a 25 year high.

This story that was picked up in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch (via the AP) tobacco use is down when cannabis is legalized: States that legalized cannabis saw a massive reduction in tobacco use.
