It's a state we don’t often talk about when it comes to cannabis, but this week, North Dakota qualified a measure for its November ballot to legalize cannabis.

On Saturday, August 13th, Team Dutchie was on-site for the grand opening Cookies in Miami, Florida. It followed a busy week last week as two ballot measures are circulating in that state for the 2024 ballot—one with significant funding from Trulieve.

According to a poll conducted by Dallas Morning News and the University of Texas at Tyler, 72% of voters in Texas support legalizing medical cannabis. What's more, 67% of Republican respondents reported backing medical cannabis initiatives.

Canadian cannabis retailers in British Columbia and Ontario are dealing with a high level of distress as provincial wholesalers in both locations are dealing with ongoing service disruptions. In Ontario, it’s because of a cyber attack on a vendor and in BC it is because of a strike.
